International Shipping Guide
What to Send
- Embryos: Usually provided in a straw or vial.
- Breastmilk: Up to 10ml maximum is plenty.
- Ashes: 1 tablespoon
*Inclusions do not need to stay cold during shipping.
Packaging Your Inclusion
- Place your inclusion inside the small sealed container provided in your pack (or a watertight tube if using your own).
- Wrap in bubble wrap
- Place inside a small plastic bag to prevent leaks.
- Label the bag clearly with your name.
Outer Packaging
- Use a small padded envelope or a sturdy box no larger than a paperback book (keeps costs low).
- Include a note with your full name and order number.
- Seal securely with tape.
Customs Form
- Package description, write: “Memorial keepsake, no commercial value”
- Value: Declare a small nominal value (no more than £10). Many customers choose a low value because the contents are sentimental and not being sold as goods.
