Step 1: Place Your Order Online

To begin the process, simply place your order on our website. Select the design that speaks to you and choose any customisation options available.  

Step 2: Receive Your Complimentary Inclusion Pack

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a complimentary inclusion pack. This pack includes a container for your inclusions, a set of ring sizers to ensure the perfect fit, and a reusable box for the safe return of your inclusions. We want to make the process as convenient and seamless as possible for you.

Step 3: Provide Your Inclusions and Ring Size

Once we have received your inclusions and ring size, we can proceed with the production process.

Step 4: Production and Lead Time

We understand the importance of creating a piece that is truly unique to you. That's why our jewellery is made to order. Our skilled artisans will begin carefully crafting your keepsake jewellery with precision and attention to detail. Our lead time is 8-10 weeks.

Step 5: Updates and Communication

We believe in keeping you informed throughout the entire process. You will receive regular updates at key milestones, including when we receive your order, when the inclusion pack is sent to you, when we receive your inclusions and ring size (if applicable), when we are making your stone, and when we are ready to post your finished piece. 

Step 6: Personalised Consultation

We understand that certain details may require your input. For example, if you are unsure about the finish of the stone, we will contact you on the day of production to discuss your preferences. We want to ensure that your keepsake jewellery is exactly as you envision it.
