How it works
If you have ordered from us before, you will notice the IVF keepsake process varies slightly. For IVF pieces, we ask for a little working time between your order being placed and your embryo arriving. Every item is made to order, and this timing helps us add your embryo in its optimum condition.
Initiate clinic release conversation
Begin the conversation with your clinic about releasing your embryo to you. Use our simple email template. We are happy to speak with your clinic if required. Ideally we ask for around 4–6 weeks to start making your setting before you arrange the collection of your embryo.

We send your Inclusion Pack
Clear packing instructions and secure materials are included, along with a set of ring sizers and reusable packaging. Please let us know your ring size ASAP.
Jewellery making begins
As soon as we have what we need, such as your ring size, we begin making your jewellery setting.
Request clinic release
Agree a release date with your clinic. Ideally this is 4–6 weeks after you place your order, which gives us time to prepare your setting.
Clinic release
Your clinic releases your embryo and is then shipped to us by tracked post.
We create your piece
Your inclusion is prepared with care and set within a discreet, protective setting. Most orders are complete in around 8 to 10 weeks from the day we confirm your ring size and order details.
Tracked delivery
Your jewellery is quality checked, gift boxed and sent with tracking. Care guidance is included.
